BRIAN BABER: BROKER, PARTNER
Brian Baber, Broker, brings a wealth of knowledge and diverse experience to North Florida Realty Group. After growing up in Lynn Haven, Brian earned his bachelor's degree in finance (1997) and an MBA (1999) from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, he holds a General Contractors license and is the owner of the Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchise in Bay and Walton Counties. Brian's specialty in real estate is in the high-end custom homes, a specialty that is complimented by his home building business. Brian strongly believes in giving back to his community and is active on several boards for local organizations: Rotary, Girls, Inc., and Beta Eta Housing Corporation. He also is a mentor for the Bay Education Foundation's Take Stock in Children Program, and a small group leader at his church. Brian, following in his father's footsteps, has been involved in real estate from a very young age and purchased his first rental house just one month after college graduation. His eye for details and persistent nature help cater to his customers' needs.

BLAKE BABER: REALTOR©, PARTNER
A native Bay Countian, Blake serves as the Sales Manager and lead sales associate for the NFRG team. Blake enlisted with the U.S. Air Force as a Security Force member during Iraqi Freedom and was highly respected for the manner in which he assumed responsibility and attended to detail. After his military service, he earned a B.S. Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Florida State University, with a focus in real estate. He also earned his Masters Degree in Corporate Communications from FSU. While engaged in studies, Blake worked as a communications consultant to some of Bay County's finest small businesses. His hobbies include motorcycling, fishing, traveling, and world history. An experienced REALTOR © , Blake is a member of the Bay County Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. His formal education and real-world experience translate to knowledgeable, dependable, tireless, and enthusiastic service. BRAD AMERSON: REALTOR ©
Brad was born in Pensacola and has lived within 20 minutes of the Gulf of Mexico his entire life, enjoying fishing, surfing, and free diving Before becoming a REALTOR©, he worked in several fields of construction, while attending Pensacola Junior College's drafting and design program. Brad's five years of construction work included framing houses, custom design with natural stone and tile, and custom cabinet building. These areas of focus helped him understand homes from groundbreaking to move-in, which enhanced his drafting studies. Brad worked for four years with Arthur Rutenberg Homes in drafting and design, using AutoCAD to modify ARH floor plans. He moved from Escambia County to Bay County in 2005 for a change of careers from drafting to sales consultant for Arthur Rutenberg Homes, the largest network of luxury home builders in the U.S. Serving as the team's associate specializing in Arthur Rutenberg luxury homes, Brad brings to the team a high level of knowledge in custom luxury homes, new and existing construction.

LEWIS BABER: PARTNER
The abiding inspirational force behind NFRG is Dr. Lewis E. Baber. Lewis earned a B.S. Degree from South Alabama, a Master's Degree from Murray State, and a PhD from Nova University. He was dean and vice president of Gulf Coast Community College for 23 years, is the developer/owner of Banner Properties in Panama City, and is the Baber Construction & Development, Inc. co-franchisee of Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Lewis is nationally regarded as a visionary, entrepreneur, and one capable of shaping dreams into reality. Leading by example, he embodies the company's core values of character, integrity, honesty, and respect for one's fellow man. Motivating the team from his exceptional sense of purpose, positive orientation to life, inexhaustible energy, and generous spirit, Lewis forges networks, partnerships, and relationships that mobilize resources to meet client needs in ways more comprehensive and meaningful than typically experienced in the real estate industry. Dean Emeritus of Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City, Pam came to real estate after a successful career in teaching, counseling, and continuing education administration. She earned her A.A. Degree from Gulf Coast Community College, her B.A. Degree from the University of West Florida, and her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. Her nationally recognized leadership in the field of continuing education and her extensive community service well prepared her to help clients effectively plan for and meticulously manage the myriad, critical tasks associated with buying and selling real estate. Pam delivers unrelenting dedication to the achievement of client goals. Retired from "satisfaction guaranteed" Sears and "You can do it; we can help" Home Depot, Richard (a University of Georgia Bulldog!) has been heralded across the country, for setting product knowledge and customer service standards, for highly effective training, and for nurturing the development of associates. Richard's focus is on training the NFRG team, networking, and on heightening awareness of Ohio residents as to property investment potential in North Florida.

SHERRI DAVIDSON: ADMINISTRATIVE PROPERTY MANAGER
Born in Bonifay, Sherri moved to Lynn Haven in 1970, attended Gulf Coast Community College, and upon entering the world of work, immediately proceeded to garner meaningful service and performance awards, most notably the "Can-Do Award" and "Employee of the Year" from Merrick Industries, Inc. Sherri has worked with residential and commercial contractors in the construction industry since 1978, including the prestigious luxury home builder Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Her property management experience began in 2004 in Lynn Haven. She also is a Florida Notary Public. Besides her beautiful daughter, Sherri's passions include motorcycling and helping those in need, most often the elderly. You name it and Sherri does it for the NFRG team and her community!
